All our products are made by order, so please allow 2-4 weeks for production. After the production is complete, your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Since our items are made by order, cancellations or modifications can only be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

3. Can I rush my order for faster delivery?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to expedite the production process. Please allow the full 2-4 weeks for production to ensure the highest quality.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping! Shipping times for international orders may vary, generally taking 7-21 business days after your item has shipped. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s progress through the courier's website.

6. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
